We combine theory, practice, reflection and action planning to create a fast, fun and effective introduction to new ways of working with proven results.
PRACTITIONER LEVEL
Service Design in Practice
An 8-month training course for people serious about applying service design in their work.
This is a deep dive suitable whether you’re transitioning into a service design role, or looking to broaden your existing skill set. It also provides the option to go on to become an SDN Accredited Service Design Practitioner.
From learning the theory to applying it in practice, this course will develop your skills, confidence and capability and change the way you work for good.
